Devender (Dev) founded the company in 1999, pioneering housekeeping services in India. With a background in international banking, he spent 19 years in Europe leading corporate and retail banking for a major Indian bank. Now active in the fintech space, he work full time with Expatrio. He focuses on student and workforce mobility, engaginng closely with Indian skill institutes and German universities. Dev serves on the board of the Indo-German Center for Business Excellence and is an alumnus of Kellogg School of Management. He lives in Frankfurt and is an active Rotarian.

With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Gorav is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record across retail distribution, education, manpower supply, and facility management.
