Devender Maggo

Founder and Advisor

Devender (Dev) established the company in 2001, pioneering the concept of housekeeping in India at the time. As an advisor, he offers strategic guidance and expertise on critical matters. With a professional background in banking, Dev has spent the past 17 years in Europe, notably serving a prominent private sector Indian bank. In his previous role, he oversaw retail banking operations for the bank's European division. Currently, Dev is engaged in the fintech sector, focusing on the student ecosystem. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and is an active member of the Rotary Club. Dev is based in Frankfurt.

Laxmikant Deore

Executive Director

Laxman has been an integral part of IHPL since its inception, playing a pivotal role in its success. He holds an engineering degree from Bapusaheb Shivajirao Deore College of Engineering, Dhule. Laxman possesses a keen interest in delving into international politics, economic theories, and global affairs, often dedicating his free time to reading on a diverse range of topics.

Gorav R. Maggo

Managing Director

Drawing upon over twenty years of experience and a track record as a serial entrepreneur, Gorav has garnered extensive expertise across diverse sectors including retail distribution, education, manpower supply, and facility management. Outside of his professional pursuits, he indulges his passion for long drives and exploring India aboard his Royal Enfield motorcycle.

Director

Mohini Maggo holds a prestigious position within IHPL. Having dedicated her career to academia, she currently oversees quality management and ensures the punctual submission of various reports and returns.

Lata Mhamunkar

Accounts Head

Lata Mhamunkar has been with the firm for 7 years, responsible for accounting and finances. She has accomplished her Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University and diploma in computer operations & MS - CIT.

Ankita Ghole

Admin Head

Ankita Ghole has been with the firm for 5 years and is responsible for Administrative work & Tenders on GEM portal. She has completed her Bachelor’s in commerce from Mumbai university, Advanced Spreadsheet Program & MS - CIT.
